Tree protection

The first signs of change happened today as we got the tree hoarding installed.  Next step is permit application.  Then we wait for things to warm up!

Committee of Adjustment

As with most new builds in Etobicoke, visiting the Committee of Adjustment is just one of the required steps along the way to getting your building permit.  We were successful today in our application, so the next step is tree protection and then we submit for permit.

This new project at 332 Rathburn Road has been initialized.  This will be a new build in a fairly modern style.  We are very close to having drawings completed and submitted for committee of adjustment.  That will take place in January so stay tuned.
